Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Change of mind.
  • Color expectations due to screen differences.
  • Orders placed by mistake.

Please refer to the size chart before ordering.

Refunds

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
